A card on file and deposit is needed at all times to book and prebook services. Please be considerate as this is a small business where every appointment is valued and appreciated. Late cancellations and no-shows impact small businesses like mine. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING. A minimum of 48hr notice is needed to cancel or reschedule before your appointment time. If less than 48hrs notice is given, the deposit will be non refundable or transferable to future appointments.

Same day cancellations due to illness or COVID related will fall under the 48 hour policy. Please cancel in advance if you are feeling unwell. I understand that sickness can be sudden and unexpected, this policy is in place to protect my business and my time.

DEPOSITS. A 50% deposit is required to book (this will go towards your total amount once you complete your service) & prebook any service. You can cancel or reschedule ONE TIME using the same deposit before needing a new one; 48hr notice is needed to cancel or reschedule or the deposit amount will be lost. No exceptions.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS Saturday services are in high demand , deposits will be 30% of the service booked & completely non-refundable and 48hr notice is still needed to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations/reschedules or no-shows = 100% of the service will be due. No exceptions.

5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. I have a 5 minute grace period, if you're not inside the salon by the 5 min mark your appointment will be canceled & charged 100% of the service. Please keep in mind you must be inside the salon, not stuck at the light or parking. If you need to use the restroom, please do so before the 5mins grace period. Please let me know if you're running more than 5mins late so I can try my best to accommodate you. *10min grace period for facial treatment

NO-SHOW POLICY. Failure to show up to the scheduled service, same day cancellations or arriving more than 5 minutes late without notice is considered a NO-SHOW. 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. This policy is strictly enforced due to the high volume of clients **5 min grace period**

Cancelling or rescheduling the day of your service (same day) will result in an automatic NO-SHOW fee which is 100% of the service booked. No exceptions.

Late cancellations/rescheduling due to that time of the month. Yes, I am able to perform the service even during that time of the month; I recommend taking a shower, wearing a clean fresh tampon or menstrual cup and taking Advil if feeling anxious.*There is a 48hr cancellation policy that will be upheld if any client needs to cancel or reschedule.

Policies are not a punishment, these are here to protect my small business. Please keep in mind you agree to all of these policies when booking your appointment.
