  • 32nd Annual Women's Friendship II Tournament Application

    April 22/23, 2023

  • Location: Silver Bowl Soccer Complex.  6800 E. Russell Rd, LV, NV 89122

    Satuday and Sunday event.  All games start at 7am daily, will end no later than 8pm daily. Game schedule will be announced on April 15th. 

    Division details are as follows:

    • Must be division age or turning that age before 12/31 to play in that division
    • NO GIFT PLAYERS IN ANY DIVISION:  
      • This means (example) if you are in over 30 division you must be at least 30 years old OR turning 30 years old by 12/31/23 to play in this division.
    • When divisions are sold out they will be noted below and not able to register for.

    Division Options:

    Premier Open (18+)

    B Division (18+)

    C Division (18+)

    D Division (18+)

    Over 30 - NO gift players

    Over 40 - NO gift players   

    Additional Details:

    • 11 v 11
    • 20 players per roster max
    • 4 games guaranteed
    • 6 games max 
    • division winners get 50% off 2024 entry fee & individual prize
    • team rosters are due on April 11.  
      • Only 5 changes will be allowed between April 11 - April 17
    • NO CHANGES TO THE ROSTER AFTER APRIL 17 
      • Please note, our office will be closed January 27 - February 2 for the Mens Tournament.
      • and February 16 - March 2 for personal vacation. 
      • and March 30 - April 4 for the Women's I Tournament 
      • We will not be reachable at all on these dates.
    • all players must complete roster and wavier correctly prior to deadline to play
    • all communication, rosters, waivers, etc is done online only.  
    • All sales are final.  No refunds will be given for any reason.  Payments can NOT be used towards a future event.  
      • In the event of another COVID type shut down all previous payments will be able to be used for a future event (up to 24 months). 
    • REQUIRED TEAM MANAGER CHECK IN ON FRIDAY April 21, 2-7PM
      • Team manager or person designated is required to check in entire team between 2-7pm on Friday before tournament.  
      • Check in will be at the Hampton Inn Tropicana

  • Team Manager:

    As the team manager it is your responsibilty to make sure your payment is made in full by the deadline (March 27) in order to participate. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason for payments made.

    As the team manager you are responsible for making sure your entire team has completed the roster/waiver process prior to the deadline to play.  Players that have not completed the process correctly will not be allowed to play.  

    As the team manager you are responsible for your team and spectators on the sidelines and on the field.  

    All coresepondance will be done via email.  If you wish to add a coach, second team manager, an avid reader, interperter, or just another person to your team management so you don't miss anything you may do so below.

  • Payment Details

    Teams are not confirmed until payment has been received.  Once payment has been received it may take up to 72 hours to receive your confirmation (via email) of your team acceptance.  

    If you choose the deposit option, your team balance is due no later than March 27th.  Teams that have not completed their final payment of $900 will be removed from the tournament. No refund given. 

    Teams that won in 2022 will not be confirmed until $700 balance has been received.

    All sales are final.  Teams that decide for any reason to not attend will not be refunded and funds will not be transferred to a future tournament.  In the unfortunate event the tournament is canceled due to local government restrictions (like the covid nightmare) the previously paid fee's will be able to be used for a future tournament.

    *Please note, the PO Box is checked 1-2x's a week (at this Post Office location they are only open M-F 8:30-4:30pm so getting there during these hours is not always an feasible option for us but we check it as often as possible).

  • I * understand there are no refunds to payments made, and I can't use fee's paid now for a future event if I cancel my teams entry. I understand my team is not guaranteed a spot in the tournament until full payment has been completed. I understand my deposit will be forfeited if the balance is not received by March 27th. Once confirmed in the event I understand the deadlines and rules of play. I will have my team roster complete by the deadline and understand that the players that do not sign the waiver correctly by the deadline will not play. I promise not to make you hunt me down for things I am responsible for:)
