Trefoil Award Nomination Form

The Trefoil Award recognizes a group in the community that has been consistently supportive of Girl Scouts. This could be a business or organization that has provided meeting spaces, cookie storage or have helped further the mission in a meaningful way, locally.

Trefoil Award recipients will receive a framed certificate to display at their business or organization. This certificate is provided to the nominator to present on behalf of the council.

The Trefoil Award requires one nomination form that must be submitted by February 1. Answer the questions as if the person reading the nomination does not know the business or organization.
