Hello there!! I am so happy you decided to apply to become a senior ambassador for INSPIRED Photography! Please complete the application below and I will get back to you within a couple of days.

NOTE TO PARENTS:
You MUST sign a contract before the session for your student’s senior pictures is scheduled. By filling this application, you are permitting Inspired Photography to use your child’s first name and photographs on social media, my website and in marketing materials. You are confirming you have the authority to commit to this. Signing the contract and submitting a Model Rep application in no way obligates you to make purchases from INSPIRED Photography.

10. I agree in paying the $300 Senior Ambassador fee with the possibility of getting 10% back for each person that books a non-discounted session with Inspired Photography during 2023 with the possibility of getting a FULL $300 back if you provide up to 10 paid referrals?

13. MODEL will receive up to 20 watermarked digitals from combined from both sessions. The entire gallery will be shared on all our social media. DO you agree?

12. If you do not get selected, would you like to be considered as a backup or for next weeks' Model Call? I'll be in training during the upcoming weeks.

SIGN this form if you agree: All images, videos or live videos will be used in marketing, training and media purposes by Inspired Photography & D'signs. Full model release belongs to the Photographer. Model(s) will receive 20 watermarked-edited gallery in compensation of your time from both sessions. Ambassadors agreed on showing up on time, makeup-style ready on the schedule time.
