  • Hello,

    We currently have you enrolled on Campus for the Leading Great Restaurants (LGR) course which will be held on Tuesday August 20 2024 at Hamburger University in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

    Please complete the official registration form on the following pages and return to secure your position on the course. All forms are due back by Monday July 8 2024.

    Australian participants must have their MDP III submitted to their Regional Training Department prior to attending LGR as per your Regional Training Department's MDP submission process. Failure to submit your MDP will result in you being canceled from attending the LGR course.

    Accommodation Fee:

    $150 per night - Twin share

    $300 per night - Single room

    Course Fee:

    $600.00 

    Dinner Fee Per Guest:

    $130 per person

    Cancelation Fee:

    No fee if there is 30 days or more

    Under 30 days $600

    (A cancellation fee may also apply to accommodation once registrations have been recieved)

    If you have any outstanding documents or Post Class work from a previous course/s, they must be completed and submitted before attending LGR. Please check with your Regional Training Department if unsure.

    LGR Participants will stay at the Park Royal Hotel Darling Harbour, Sydney. Your accommodation will be arranged for you once the registration confirmation form is returned.

  • Once your registration form is returned, your LGR accommodation will be booked at the hotel. Check-in is from 2pm on Monday before the course and check-out is by 8am on Friday. If you wish to extend your stay before or after the course dates, please indicate below.

    Please note that all accommodation extension requests will be subject to hotel availability and should be submitted as early as possible to assist with securing availability.

    LGR Course Fee - This will be direct debited to your restaurant  $600 
    Accommodation (room only) - This will be direct debited to your restaurant   $150 per night / twin share or $300 per night Single Studio room plus any incidentals that may occur
    Incidental charges - all additional room charges must be settled by the participant on the day they check out (payment by cash or credit card) These include dry cleaning, room service, phone use, internet use, mini bar ect
