Hi! I'm excited for our Discovery Call! So, the reason I do this process is because I want to set expectations with potential clients. I want you to know what it'll be like if you choose to work with me...Bottom line - this process allows me to be more involved, build a deeper relationship with you, which drives lasting change. My program is all about teaching and (literally) giving you the essential tools needed to succeed, not just handing you a standard plan. I always tell clients -- this is a one-time investment. After the program, you should never need another coach or fitness, or nutrition program again because I'll teach you every last trick in the book pertaining to mindset, nutrition and exercise, saving you so much more time and money in the long-run.
