I understand that by registering to compete in the IAC competition, I hereby give my consent to the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) to take or use photographs, digital images, and/or video/audio recordings of me for use in news releases and/or promotional materials including, but not limited to, the NAA’s printed publications or materials, brochures, electronic publications, social media, social app or websites. I agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with all forms of media. I authorize the use of these media without compensation to me. All prints, production, reproduction, digital or otherwise shall be the property of NAA.

I agree that NAA may produce, reproduce, use, reuse, edit, take pictures, print, record images and sound, trade or share content (videos, photographs, illustrations, advertising, images, likeness, sound, and statements, comments, etc.) as desired for any legal purposes related to the NAA.

I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the National Auctioneers Association from any and all claims or liability arising from the use of my captured content for the above purposes. This authorization is continuous and valid for the lifetime of its existence.
