2023 CTTS Vendor Application

Welcome to The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit! The Broadmoor Cycle to the Summit is a breathtaking bicycle race up Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain. Literally. Sanctioned by USA Cycling, this competitive style hill climb consists of multiple medal categories giving cyclists of all skill levels the opportunity to take on Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain.

We invite you to join us as one of our limited on-site vendors.

Vendor Applications:

All potential vendors must complete the application below. Please submit your interest form by June 30. Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis. The Colorado Springs Sports Corp staff will reach out upon application receipt with further coordination details/application status/approval. If approved, you will receive notice by July 14.

Vendors:

A no commission collected, flat fee of $250 & required tax & insurance documents will be due by July 31.

General Information:

Food vendors MUST have a State Food Service License. Please upload a copy of your license with your application below. El Paso County Health Department 719-578-3142
All vendors are required to bring their own generators and fuel if needed, electricity is not provided.
All vendors are required to file Colorado State, County and City taxes.
All vendors must submit a certificate of insurance. Coverage to include comprehensive general liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence/$2,000,000 general aggregate. It is required that every policy list the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation and Pikes Peak America's Mountain. Insurance must be submitted with the application

Electricity is not available at the venue, we reccommend generators.

All vendors are responsible to remove all trash from the mountain.
