KOCC Interest Form

Please complete the following to begin receiving KOCC communications during our next enrollment period. Enrollment for Spring 2026 will open at our first rehearsal on January, 10 2026 and will close on January 25, 2026.

This form does NOT enroll your child in KOCC. If you would like to enroll your child, please plan to attend a Saturday morning rehearsal during our January enrollment period, and enrollment can be completed on-site.
