Maintain a high standard of truck / marquee.

Arrive on time, ready to trade 30mins prior to trade time.

Bring bins and remove waste.

Provide customer tables and chairs.

Bring additional lighting.

Assist with event promotion, share and boost advertising on social media.

We have a no cancellation policy, we won’t cancel events with the exception of unsafe weather, please ensure you have takeaway containers as an option.
