Inventory Segments refer to consecutive dates you wish to make available for rent. To make a period available, you need to specify the type of property, the unit number, and essential property details. Multiple rental periods can be submitted, spanning at least two nights and extending as long as your ownership of the property permits.

Agreement, Terms, and Conditions
RENTAL INVENTORY LISTING AGREEMENT

This electronic Rental Inventory Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract made by and between William Meilahn & Love, LLC, doing business as Coveted Stays (herein referred to as the “Booking Agent”) and {inventoryOwner} (herein referred to as the “Inventory Owner”).

The Parties hereby agree that the Inventory Owner is the lawful owner of the Rental Segment(s) (as defined in this Agreement). The Booking Agent operates a short-term rental business that specializes in identifying, facilitating, and hosting clients who wish to rent properties on a short-term basis. The Inventory Owner desires to authorize the Booking Agent to market, advertise, and potentially rent the Rental Segment(s) in whole or in part to the Booking Agent's clients, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this Agreement.

And I, {inventoryOwner}, further acknowledge that I have fully read, understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions and by clicking the "accept" button for each clause, I hereby indicate my agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein.
