    You can easily find your School Code in any communications sent from the school or by using the Sprout School Locator to find your school.

  • I would like to order a kit for my child.

    All Sprout school stores are now closed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late orders as our order processing system is now closed, and we are preparing school supply kits for the upcoming school delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.  
     
    Please check your school's website for the appropriate school supply list for reference while back-to-school shopping. 
       
      

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 100% hassle-free online cancellation and full refund until your school order deadline. To submit a cancellation or refund request, simply email help@sproutsupplies.com and include your name, email, order confirmation number, and the reason for your cancellation or refund request.

    To qualify for a refund after the online cancellation period, simply return the entire kit with all contents, unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs to return the kit to Sprout are the responsibility of the customer. Please email help@sproutsupplies.com for instructions on how to return your order once shipped.

    We pride ourselves on superior product quality; however, if you find a defective product in your child’s kit, we offer a 100% no charge replacement or refund on defective products. Please capture an image of the defective product and email your request to help@sproutsupplies.com.

     

  • Where/when will my child's kit be delivered?

    Sprout delivers all school supply kits in advance of the first day of classes on a date selected by the administration. All communication about distribution will come from the school administration or parent organization.
