• 2023 Apple Harvest Festival Vendor Registration

    Onalaska Alliance invites vendors to bring wares and talents for display Saturday, October 7, 2023. Seeking artists/craftspersons interested in presenting educational demonstrations of their craft or art, as well as businesses and food vendors to participate on Saturday during our festival. The Harvest Food Court and Beer Tasting are a scrumptious array of local and regional foods ranging from local breweries and cheeses to delicious culinary delights offered up by local chefs and farmers. We reserve the right to limit numbers of competing vendors, so get your application in as soon as possible. All vendors must have all legally required licenses and certifications and must comply with all state, county, and local laws. If you are selling food, you can check with the Lewis County Health Dept. (360-740-1223) as to their requirements. This is a family event; illicit drug paraphernalia, pro-drug literature, sexually explicit items, profanity, destructive language or items with violent content unsuitable for children will not be tolerated. We are not accepting political or campaign booths. Spaces are approximately 10 x 10 ft. and are outdoors. You supply all tables, displays, etc. You may reserve and pay for a double space (10 x 20 ft.). If you have a canopy or umbrella, it must be weighed down with at least 25 lbs. of weight on each leg. The festival's insurance does not cover you or your business; consider consulting your insurance agent for additional coverage.   • Vendor Terms of Participation

    1. Festival hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    2. Vendors must be set up and ready to greet the public by 9 a.m.

    3. All Vendors must stay on premises until at least 4 p.m.

    4. All booths are outside on concrete, grass or gravel. Please be prepared!

    5. Booth structure must be adequate to withstand wind and rain.

    6. Vendors must be compliant with all Department of Health requirements.

  • Hold Harmless Agreement

    By signing below, Vendor agrees they have been advised and understands the Policies of the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined in them. Vendor will sell only what is listed on this application. 

    Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell. Vendor shall indemnify, keep and hold harmless the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival, Onalaska Alliance, and all agencies the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival has agreements with; from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor and shall defend at vendor's own expense any action brought against the Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival and any of the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which Onalaska Apple Harvest Festival has a contractual relationship by vendor's acts or omissions.
