FRH Radio: Promoter / Record Company Submission Form

TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATEMENT

Music submissions to FRH Radio must only be made by the recording artist (music owner) or their authorised representative (i.e. record company, manager or official promoter).

By accepting these terms and conditions, you certify that you are authorised to act on behalf of the recording artist(s)/music owner(s) listed below, and that you have their authority to submit their music for airplay consideration. You agree that FRH Radio may broadcast music tracks provided to FRH Radio, either now or in the future, in any show or playlist and by any presenter broadcasting on FRH Radio.
 
Music must be studio quality and we cannot accept live recordings or social network links. Music files must be meta-tagged with at least the artist name and track title.
 
On submission, FRH Radio will consider your music for airplay on the station. We reserve the right not to include any music on our play list which we feel is unsuitable for any reason. This decision will be final and binding.

If you are submitting music tracks as well as listing your artists, we would prefer that the music files be provided via download links, but, you can upload audio, artwork or biography files using the 'drag and drop' box. However, please be aware that each submission form cannot exceed a total upload of 100MB.
