Acess to the venue 1.5 hours before contracted event start time
Access to Soft drinks for the duration of the event
Allocation For a light meal during the evening (Buffet / food vendor)

Travel Arrangements
Travel costs are included for events within a 50 mile radius of our base. (LE16) Additional mileage is chargeable at a rate of £25 per 50 miles (Both Ways Total Trip)
