    By booking and/or attending your appointment, you agree to the following terms and studio policies.
  • 1. Deposit Agreement

    I understand that my deposit: Is required to secure my appointment and covers time, design work, and preparation. Ranges from $50–$200 depending on the project. Is applied toward my final session (or final session of a multi-session piece). I understand that my deposit is non-refundable and may be forfeited if I do not comply with studio policies.
  • 2. Deposit Validity & Booking Window

    I understand that: My deposit is valid for 1 year from the date of payment. I must book or reschedule within this time frame. If I do not schedule within 1 year, my deposit will be forfeited. Deposits cannot be held indefinitely or paused.
  • 3. Design Consultations & Design Fees

    Standard tattoo bookings include design preparation and design review at the appointment. Clients who request design previews, dedicated design consultations, extensive planning, or additional revisions may be required to pay a separate Design Consultation Fee. Design Consultation Fees are separate from tattoo deposits, non-refundable once design work has begun, and compensate the artist for design and consultation time.
  • 4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

    I understand the following: I am allowed one reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit or result in forfeiture. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may forfeit my deposit. Deposits are not transferable to future unrelated bookings. I acknowledge that emergencies and illness may be considered, but must be communicated as soon as possible.
  • 5. Lateness Policy

    I understand that: My appointment time is reserved specifically for me. Arriving 20 minutes late or more may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Session time is billed from the scheduled start time regardless of arrival time.
  • 6. Health & Safety Requirements

    I confirm that I will arrive: Healthy and not sick (fever, contagious illness, etc.). With undamaged skin (no sunburn, irritation, or open wounds on the tattoo area). Sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I understand that failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of deposit.
  • 7. Guest & Studio Conduct Policy

    I understand that: Guests, children, and pets are not permitted unless previously approved. Studio rules must be respected at all times. Use of numbing cream is not allowed unless approved in advance. Violation of studio policies may result in cancellation of my appointment.
  • 8. Design Agreement

    I understand that: Minor design adjustments may be made during my appointment. Significant or complete design changes require a new deposit and rescheduling. I am responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details before my appointment, including: Spelling and wording, Placement, Size, Colour choices (if applicable).
  • 9. Pricing & Session Structure

    I understand that: Pricing reflects time, skill, and complexity. Quotes are estimates unless otherwise confirmed. Standard pricing: Hourly rate: $200/hr. Full-day session (6 hours): $1,200. Flash full-day session: $1,000. Flash promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • 10. Aftercare Responsibility

    I understand that: Proper healing of my tattoo depends on my own aftercare practices. I will be provided aftercare instructions and am responsible for following them correctly. I understand that the studio is not responsible for any complications caused by: Improper cleaning or aftercare such as picking, scratching, or irritation during healing. Sun exposure or failure to protect the tattoo. Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. Infection or complications occurring after leaving the studio.
  • 11. Photo & Marketing Consent

    I understand that: The studio and artist may take photos and/or videos of my tattoo. These images may be used for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes. I understand that: I will not receive compensation for the use of these images. I may request that images be taken in a way that minimizes identifying features (when possible).
  • 12. Verbal Agreement Disclaimer

    I understand that: Only written policies in this agreement are considered valid and enforceable. Verbal agreements, conversations, or informal messages do not override written policies. Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing by the studio.
  • 13. Medical Disclaimer

    I understand that: The tattoo artist and studio are not medical professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for any health conditions or skin concerns. I understand that: I am responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to my appointment. I should consult a qualified medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my ability to receive a tattoo or heal properlyI should seek medical attention if I experience signs of infection, allergic reaction, or unusual healing complications after my appointment. I understand that the studio is not responsible for medical issues that may arise before, during, or after the tattoo process.
  • 14. Age Requirement (18+)

    I understand that: I must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at this studioI may be required to provide valid government-issued photo ID upon request. If I am unable to provide valid proof of age, my appointment may be cancelled and my deposit forfeited. I understand that falsifying age or identity will result in refusal of service.

    By signing below, I confirm that: I have read and understood all policies above. I agree to follow studio rules and appointment requirements. I understand that failure to comply may result in cancellation and/or loss of deposit. I accept full responsibility for the accuracy of my booking details and design approval.

  • AFTERCARE

  • After your tattoo comes the most important part, taking care of it! The first rule is to always wash your hands before touching a healing tattoo. On average, the healing process will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks until your tattoo is fully healed.

    There is a variety of aftercare instructions for healing a tattoo. We would advise to 1. follow your artists specific instructions or 2. if you have several healed tattoos, and have a preferred method, trust your own judgment. At the end of the day, (if you have multiple tattoos) you probably know your skin best. Below you will find our method of aftercare, and a full breakdown on what to expect each day.

     

    ABOUT HYPAFIX

    Hypafix is a flexible, breathable fixation product that can be used to secure devices and wound dressings. It's ideal for joints and contoured areas, and won't constrict or disturb blood circulation.
    Hypafix is radio transparent, so you can leave it in place during x-rays or radiotherapy. 

    HYPAFIX BANDAGE

    Leave bandage on for a minimum of 2 to 5 days max. Gently remove at the end of your shower and wash any blood or fluids with your fingertips. No soap is needed, pat dry with a clean paper towel. Do not use towels as they harbour bacteria.
    You can leave the dressing on when showering. If fluid or blood seeps through, wash it off in the shower and leave the dressing in place. If water gets under the bandage, take off gently.
    No baths, pools, saunas or hot tubs
    You may notice a “bubble” under your bandage, this is fluids of plasma and ink, do not pop or poke at it.

    AFTER REMOVAL
    Wash gently with non scented soap day and night
    Pat dry with paper towel
    Apply a tiny amount of non scented lotion day and night only when tattoo is feeling dry and tight
    If any adhesive is left behind after removal, do not force it off. It will come off on its own after a few washes

    DO NOT WEAR TIGHT CLOTHING OVER THE AREA OF YOUR FRESH TATTOO
