Waterproofing***

Commercial grade heavy duty waterproofing solution is applied after washing if selected. Has UV-Block, protects color and fabric from Sun damage. Resists odor and discoloration caused by mold, mildew, fungi and algae.

All blankets are individually packaged DO NOT send personal storage bags/containers. ALL dirty blankets can be put in garbage bags. Put multiple blankets in each bag.

*Some English pads are constructed with a fill liner that after a few washing can fall apart or ball up. These type of pads are not covered under our guarantee.

**If you have a blanket with fleece/felt or any type of material that hair clings too and will require brushing out by either tape or brush by hand there is a BRUSH OUT fee. There is an option for this in the order form if you do not select option any excessive hair that is still on blanket will remain.

*** Waterproofing. When a blanket is manufactured there is a rubber coating on the backside of most of the canvas type shell materials used. This gives it a waterproof barrier a waterproof solution is also used, think of that as the "New Car Smell" that always disappears. Getting your blankets waterproofed annually gives back that "New Car Smell" but if proper care is not taken, such as either folding or hanging blankets when not in use. Don't leave them in the direct sun and hose off excessive urine and fecal material because over a short period of time this will erode the rubber backing. When that happens re-waterproofing can't be guaranteed to work effectively.
