To book your Gelato/Sorbet Workshop just fill in your details on our secure form below. Workshops are held on Saturdays only at 10am, 2pm or 6pm and they are group sessions. Workshops are €125 per person and they include transportation to and from the garden villa. They are limited to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 22 people. Although there is the option to book a group workshop for one person, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the reservation if there is not at least one other person who also books the tasting for the same date and time.

Bookings need to be made no later than 24 hours before the day of the tasting experience. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. If you are not able to attend, you may arrange another person to attend in your place however, we do not provide refunds. When you press submit you will be taken to PayPal to complete your payment. You will receive an email from PayPal as a receipt for your payment.

Michel'angelo may use ingredients containing gluten, nuts, eggs, milk or other allergens, as well as, equipment used for processing nuts, eggs, milk and wheat products. Some products may also contain unpasteurized milk. Should you have any allergies or dietary requirements, you must take the necessary protections required to participate in the workshop. 

In registering for this tasting experience, participants confirm their consent for Michel'angelo to use, publish and/or reproduce photograph(s), image and/or audio obtained during the workshop for an undefined period of time. Michel'angelo will only take photographs if requested by you or your guests. If a guest does not consent to images, audio or photos to be taken during the session, please expressly advise Michel'angelo.

Attendees/participants indemnify, exclude and release Michel’angelo and its authorised representatives, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability of any kind (including of action(s), suits, arbitrations, claims, demands, costs, debts, damages, expenses, fees, taxes, surcharges and legal proceedings) for any damage, accident, injury or illness whatsoever arising out of, or in any way connected with, their attendance at the workshop. Attendees/participants understand and accept that their participation is voluntary and that they knowingly assume all risks associated with their attendance at the workshop. 

Michel’angelo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to sickness, inclement weather or any other unforseen reason. On the rare occasion this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours (or as soon as reasonably practicable) of the scheduled workshop and the option to reschedule to another date or a full refund will be provided. Should Michel’angelo be unable to provide your workshop due to circumstances beyond our control (including inclement weather), Michel’angelo is not responsible for any costs, damages or expenses whatsoever that you may incur.

Workshops will operate in accordance with any COVID related legislative requirements. Attendees/participants agree to comply with all relevant COVID regulations in place from time to time in the interests of health and safety.
