What we look for- those who possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic, reliability and professionalism, a genuine interest in working with children, a willingness to learn and follow Samantha’s Swimming teaching methods and have a commitment to safety and ongoing education. Previous swim experience is helpful but not required for all positions. All instructors and staff are trained and certified through Samantha’s Swimming LLC.
