Guns Inc. is a Class 7 Manufacturer and SOT Manufacturer of Firearms, NFA Weapons and gun parts that accepts and sells NFA/Class III/Suppressor/Short Barreled Rifles/Short Barreled Shotguns only to approved customers/dealers. If you would like to purchase/sell or transfer a NFA/Class III/Suppressor/Short Barreled Rifles/Short Barreled Shotguns product to Guns Inc., please complete the form below.
** Transfer form MUST be completed before shipping a firearm to our shop to avoid firearm returns **

In order for a Customer or FFL holder to transfer an NFA / Class III / Suppressor / Short Barreled Rifles (SBR) / Short Barreled Shotguns (SBS) to Guns Inc., please submit the following by mail, email, or simply fill out the form on this page:

** NFA items not purchased inhouse or through Silencer shop **

** We charge a $75 transfer Fee for NFA items not purchased in-house or from our dealers (we're Silencershop dealers). Purchasing from Silencer Shop and having Guns Inc. as "Your Preferred Dealer" will bypass the "Transfer Fee" as well as having more of a selection in NFA items. All NFA transfers will have the option to be E-filed electronically through Silencer Shop. **

** There is a $25/month storage fee for all firearms left over 30 days from the arrival date **
- FLL Holders need to provide a current copy of your FFL including all contact information (phone number, fax number, and email address),
- FLL Holders need to provide your current Business License or State Tax ID.
I agree to pay Guns Inc. a transfer fee of $50 for transfer services or $75 for Class III items. I understand that all firearms left over 30 days from the arrival date will be charged a $25/month storage fee. If the firearm has not been picked up after 6 months, Guns Inc. has the right to assume the firearm has been abandoned. Guns Inc. will assume ownership of the firearm. In signing this document, I agree Guns Inc. is not responsible for the condition of the gun and or shipment time and are only responsible for the transfer of the gun. I agree to release and hold Guns Inc. harmless for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the transfer of the gun, this Agreement, or Guns Inc. services provided hereunder. We have 24Hours after firearms delievery to process the firearm. We will contact you soon as the process is finalized.
