To be considered for placement of a chambray puppy, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have visited and read all the protocals and guarantees found at chambraylabs.com
- Have submitted a placement application.
- Have completed an interview with us.
- Be able and willing to provide a loving, safe, and peaceful environment for a puppy.
- Understand that we match each puppy to the home environment we feel the puppy will thrive in and this is not a first come first served basis.
- Understand that if you are pro spay/neuter, we will not place a puppy with you. (Research shows an increase in cancer after spay/neuter)
The following questionaire has been designed to gather as much information about potential families as possible. The interview is then scheduled to gather what ever information is remaining, in order for Chambray to make the best possible decisions when matching our puppies to families.
