1. We recommend you send us an email at support@frediken.com first so we can provide you with a second, unbiased opinion on how your garments fit.
2. Or fill out this form with a tailor's help to request a reimbursement for the alterations. We'll reimburse your alteration cost up to $80 per suit and up to $30 for all other custom-made items after receiving the form and receipt.
3. After you submit the form along with your receipt, the reimbursement will appear on your credit card statement within 10 days of approval. And the measurement changes will be saved to your profile so all future orders will fit perfectly.
4. Our suits, jackets, shirts, waistcoats, and trousers can accommodate weight fluctuations of up to 3 kg. We will not be responsible for altering or replacing garments if there are significant changes in the body measurements.
5. Please note that alterations must be completed within 30 days of receiving the garment.
6. Please contact us if the garments you purchased from us cannot be adjusted.
