Thank you for registering the opportunity with us. With this registration process we intend to prioritize our support to the partner that actively created the opportunity. Our assumption is that the first to register the opportunity is the first to create it; nonetheless, we reserve the right to validate this with the account. Note: the program does not apply to consumable deals.
Upon registering the account, we will first check that there are no commercial conflicts (e.g. the account has already been registered with us by another partner, etc.). Thereafter, and for a period of up to 6 months, we commit to align with you regarding our activities in the account and reasonably assist your efforts to win the deal. Please note that a monthly update about the status of the opportinity is required in order to maintain the Priority Program active.
In order to ensure that this Priority Program is not abused by premature mass registration of accounts, we (i) may validate the opportunity with the account, and (ii) the program will expire after 3 months if there is no evidence of commercial progress in the account. Conversely, if commercial progress can be demonstrated by means of -- for example -- (i) customer meeting/s concerning the product, (ii) product demonstration/s, (iii) trials, or (iv) commercial quotation/s, the program will be automatically extended to 6 months. If additional extension is required, we are open to discuss it after assessing the actual efforts in the account and the progress made.
Finally, QinFlow cannot control the commercial activities of its trade partner. Therefore, keeping competitive offers is always a good practice.
