Inspection Terms and Conditions

• The inspection charge of $165 (including GST) is capped at 1 hour and will be deducted from the quoted amount if you decide to proceed with the quote.
• If the Temporary Waterproofing / Immediate Fix exceeds $165 (including GST), we will obtain your approval before proceeding.
• The client must specify what they would like reported and whether multiple resolution options are required.
• These charges and exceptions apply to non-commercial projects only.
• Multiple addresses (e.g., strata complexes) will incur additional inspection charges or custom pricing based on requirements.
• By submitting this form, you agree to be invoiced for inspection and travel charges, and payment is required before the site inspection.

If we are unable to complete the site inspection for any reason, you will be notified, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
