I understand and agree with all information provided to me in my application process. If the animal I foster is on medication I will continue the medication as directed. I will not let the animal out loose by itself. I understand if my foster does get out and lost I will contact Rosalie and Friends immediately. I understand the foster animal is the property of the Rosalie and Friends and will not sell, trade or dispose of the animal.

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to administer once a month flea and heartworm preventative to all of my fosters unless instructed otherwise by one of the members of Rosalie and Friends Board Members. These medications will be provided to you by Rosalie and Friends

I understand and agree that all vet appointments will be made and approved by Rosalie and Friends Board Members. No foster will make their own appointments or use a vet other than the one approved by Rosalie and Friends. I understand violating this and taking my foster to another vet will be at my cost and could result in the foster being moved out of my home. I understand I will contact Rosalie and Friends Board members when my foster is sick first.

I understand that anyone interested in adopting my foster dog or puppies (including myself) must go through the standard adoption process, and approval of candidates and placement of animals is up to Rosalie and Friends. I understand my input will be considered and we will work together on placing my foster in the home that is the best fit.
