Please note that not all SC will be appropriate to become Associates with The Tree. We do appreciate each and every person that submits an EOI and thank you for your time.

Please outline your experience with Support Coordination and the NDIS. We are specifically wanting to engage with those with more than 12 months extensive experience.

Please tell us more about your experience working with or for disabled people here. This can include any lived experience you have if you feel that is appropriate.

Tell us about any study you have done. This can include finished qualifications and also incomplete studies. Short courses and professional development too!

Tell us about your work experience - this can include volunteer work. We are interested in everything, even if it doesn’t seem relevant.

With The Indie Tree we prefer you join with the view to an ongoing contract. In emergency or high risk situations we may engage with a one off situation. If you are seeking a referral network, we need you to engage for a reasonable number of participants. Please indicate below which of the options you are interested in.

Please note: If you wish to engage with us as SC3 you will need to demonstrate your suitability and experience at this higher level on top of your existing level 2 experience.
