  • Thank you for choosing our business for your catering needs. We are based in the South Jersey area. Travel fee starts at $40 for every 30 minutes of driving and we will drive up to 3 hours from the surrounding New Jersey areas. Travel out of state anywhere more than 3 hours is an additional fee. Our on site catering minimum starts at $850 for small gatherings(intimate dinners are less). Catering orders are customized based off your desired menu,quantity of food, and number of guest(max amount of guest we serve is 100). If you’re just looking to try some of our food for your event and not have it fully catered then please select our “drop off” or “pick up” option when booking. Our dishes are priced based off half and full size steam pans; details are below. All catering orders have a service fee of 20% which covers expenses such as the increase in groceries, shopping, aluminum pans, kitchen space, insurance, catering boxes, decor ect. We accept bookings 6 months in advance, we do not accept any last minute bookings; 10 day notice required. All bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure your date and must be paid in full 10 days prior to your event. If customer cancels 60 days or more before the event then the customer will receive a full refund. If customer cancels under 60 days then the customer will lose their deposit. All submissions will be responded to within 24-72 hours after being received. Thank you for your interest & we look forward to working with you!   • ENJOY A FREE 15 MIN CONSULTATION WITH CHEF LYS TO DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF YOUR BOOKING SUCH AS MENU, LOCATION, SETUP, AND PRICING. TASTINGS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST. AFTER CONSULTATION, IF DECIDED TO MOVE FOWARD AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT SHORTLY WHERE A REQUIRED DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL WILL BE DUE. THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES MADE TO THE INVOICE AT THAT TIME. NO DATE WIIL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. IF YOU ARE BOOKING ANY PRIVATE EVENT IN WHICH I WOULD BE PREPARING THE FOOD IN YOUR KITCHEN PLEASE ENSURE THE KITCHEN SPACE IS EFFICIENT (ENOUGH SPACE AND PROPER AMENITIES) AND CLEAN(NO DISHES IN THE SINK, EMPTY TRASH, CLEARED COUNTER SPACE ETC). OUR MENU CAN BE FOUND BELOW AND ONE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. IF THERE IS A FOOD ITEM ON THE MENU YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CATERED AND DO NOT SEE YOU CAN INQUIRE ABOUT THIS DURING OUR CONSULTATION.
