1. We require at least 2 days lead time for the cakes. We cannot accept orders a day before or on the same day of your preferred pick-up date.

2. Pick-ups will only run from 12nn to 6pm.

3. After selecting a date, click your preferred pick-up time slot at the right hand corner before proceeding to the next step.

4. Please follow the time slot you chose for your chosen date of pick-up.

We have lost many a good tres leches via motorcycle deliveries. Opt for self pick-up or book a car through any of the available couriers. Mama Pappot will not be held liable for any mishandling that may occur during the delivery of the tres leches. So please kindly advise the driver to handle the cake with much care.

Pick-ups are only from 12nn to 6pm. We are only a two-person team so it will help us immensely if bookings are arranged by you, our awesome customer! Muchas gracias!
