*We understand, things happen. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask for a (1) day (24 hour) notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may not be extended more than 5 minutes based on availability. Same day cancellations and No call / no show will be responsible for a $50 fee before you can reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, without communication, your appointment will be canceled and you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of your missed service. Thank you.
