Devon LPC Community Pharmacist Independent Prescribing Scoping Survey

Funding of independent prescribing (IP) course fees is currently available to community pharmacists as part of the Pharmacy Integration Programme to support the introduction of further clinical patient facing prescribing services.

We would like to scope your intent to train as an independent prescriber (IP) so we can help you along your journey and plan for new clinical services for independent prescribers in community pharmacy.

Whether or not you are already an IP, are currently training to be an IP, are interested in becoming an IP, are not interested in becoming an IP or you are unsure, please complete this survey as soon as possible. The survey will take you no more than 30 seconds to complete; the information is crucial for Devon LPC and the local workforce development leads to plan ahead.

Summary information may be shared with the Devon Integrated Care System and Health Education England. Your individual responses or identifiable information will not be shared.
