Before submitting this form, preview this season's exhibitions by reviewing the 2023–2024 Booking Catalogue.

TREX Southeast will accept booking requests from May 8, 2023 at 8AM until all exhibition slots have been filled.

Requests are processed in the order that they are received, so we recommend submitting early. You will receive an automated email after submitting this form confirming your requests. After that, we'll email you a Loan Guidelines Form which you will need to sign and send back.

Exhibitions can be booked for more than one booking period, but please note that the $75.00 booking fee for each period will apply (for example, if booking one exhibition for two periods, you will be invoiced for two booking fees). Invoices are issued at the start of each period.

*Note: Once venues submit their requests, those periods will be removed from availability. If you are unable to select a certain period, that exhibition booking period is no longer available.

Please consider the Visiting Artist Program unconfirmed until you recieve confirmation from a TREX team member directly. Depending on demand and artist availability, we may not be able to accomodate every request for the program.

NOTE:

We can accomodate a maximum of 2 groups per day at each venue.
We can accomodate a maximum of 25 participants per group.
