  • 2023 Statement of Agreement

  • MATCH MADNESS 2023 CHANGES

  • Please review the 2023 Changes below and acknowledge you have read and understand them below. 

    • The match will only be affective after $1,000 is raised. Once $1,000 is raised you will receive a $500 match. 
    • ALL raised dollars will go back into your endowed fund if your fund balance is less than $10,000.
    • There is a guaranteed match of 50% on all dollars raised between $1,000 and $5,000. Donations above $5,000 will receive a proportional match up to 50%.

  • Booth Space Registration

  • Booth space in the Fieldhouse lobby may be reserved to display any marketing or promotional material that highlights your work in the community.

    • GSCF will assign booth locations for nonprofits ahead of time.
    • Booths should have a representative present from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (staff, board, volunteer)
    • Set-up will be available the afternoon of March 23 or at 6:30 a.m. on March 24.
    • Plan to stay until 7 p.m. Display items must be removed that evening.
  • Bill Grevas Free Throw Contest

    Each organization can compete for up to $100 in bonus grants by participating in a free throw contest at the Fieldhouse. 

    • Nonprofit representatives will be given one minute to shoot free throws.
    • Participants will get to shoot the whole rack of basketballs.
    • Every free throw made (up to 10) will be worth $10 in bonus cash.
    • Representatives can be a staff member, board member or volunteer.
    • Representatives can only shoot for 1 organization.
    • Organizations are limited to one time slot and one representative.

    More details will follow at a later date, including a sign-up sheet to select your time slot.

  • BE Wealth Half Court Shot

  • Want to earn a $1,000 bonus prize? Our friends at BE Wealth are sponsoring a half court shot during Match Madness!

    • Nonprofit representatives will be given two shots to shoot from half court.
    • If no one makes a shot, all participants will be entered in a drawing. We’ll draw two winners and each organization will win $500.
    • Representatives can be a staff member, board member or volunteer.
      (Check KSHAA/other rules before asking a high school or college athlete!)
    • Organizations are limited one representative.
    • Representatives can only shoot for 1 organization.

  • Yard Signs

  • Greater Salina Community Foundation will provide Match Madness yard signs to participating nonprofits at no cost. These are a great way to promote the event and show the community you are a participating organization!

    Please let us know how many yard signs your organization would like. (Think about your office location, staff homes, board members, etc.)

  • Contact Information

  • We understand that more than one person in your organization may need to receive Match Madness communications and information. Use the spaces below to indicate your organization's PRIMARY and secondary contacts, then list names and email addresses of anyone else you would like us to include in Match Madness 2023 communications.

    Please note: the PRIMARY contact will become the admin for your organization's online Match Madness Portal. (The admin can add other users for your organization.)
