I confirm, (to be complete by each handler attending), you must select all;
I have read and accepted all terms stated in the TailWaggersK9Sport Good Coduct sheets (these are located on the website) and include the exclusion of any aversive tool or training method,
The facility will only be used for training purposes only and that dogs not working will be crated,
I understand that the maximum number of dogs in the facility is 4 between 2 handlers (3 for 1 handler),
I understand that agility equipment (except tunnels and jumps) are not available until my dog and I are seen to be safe on the equipment. No food is permitted in the tunnels,
I understand that set up and tear down is my responsibility and falls within the booking time. Equipment will be returned to its position. Equipment required should be stated when booking (use of the Aframe is by prior agreement),
I understand that scent detection (other than containers) is not permitted. No odours will be brought into the facility,
I understand that the black titled area (due the storage of K9store) is out of bounds, other than for entering/exiting the building and access to water. Purchase of products should be agree prior to use or taking,
I understand not private lesson will be given,
I have submitted my dog(s) vaccination records,
I agree to not adjust the thermostat,
I agree to clean up after my dog, if my dog does mark in the facility I will also notify TailWaggersK9Sport,
I accept full reasonability for myself and my dog during our rental period both inside and outside of the rental facility.
