Private Event Reservation

Private Party Terms & Practices

For quickest private party booking, please call Manero's to inquire about available dates, 772-220-3011.

Once you have your desired date, please review and fill-out this form including selecting your menu, bar options and paying the room fee.  Your date must be available at the time this form is received and reviewed by Manero's.  We will notify you as quickly as possible to approve or deny your event based on our abilty to host your event.

Our private room seats up to 42 guests on 6 round tables.  Private events are held during our regular operating hours, and the minimum number of guests to book private events is a 20-guest guarantee.

You will be billed for the greater of your actual guest count or 20 guests times the menu pricing, plus any alcohol and extras, plus sales tax, plus server gratuity, plus the room fee. 

A $100 non-refundable private event fee is required for all private events.  This fee is in addition to food and beverage charges; it guarantees the private space and event-specific staffing.  Private events are not “booked” until the fee is received and we confirm the availability of your event date.   

Small or large parties can also make (non-private) reservations for lunch or dinner in our dining room or bar area (depending on availability), during our normal operating hours - and order off our regular menus.

Non-destructive decoration of the room and tables is permitted.  Hosts and presenters are responsible for all audio-visual needs, including providing, connecting to, and testing components necessary for presentations - in advance. Manero’s provides a working 65” flat screen presentation monitor and guest Wi-Fi. Manero’s makes no assurance of compatibility with your equipment or Wi-Fi bandwidth needs. Outside food and beverage are not permitted for liability reasons.

Private parties are billed on one check and paid with one payment. Promotional pricing and discounts are not allowed at private events.

For sucessful events, we offer a variety of limited item private event menus - please see below.  We do not allow ordering from an "open" lunch or dinner menu.  You will need to select one of these limited menus or request an alternate limited menu.

Fried (Icelandic Cod) Fish & Chips or Grilled Chicken Club (Swiss, bacon, honey-mustard) with Fries, Key Lime Pie, and Iced Tea, 21.99 per person plus tax (6.5%), plus gratuity (20%).

"Westside Lunch or Dinner"
Carved Homemade Meatloaf or Grilled Bourbon (Boneless) Pork Chops with mashed potatoes, Key Lime Pie, and Iced Tea, 25.99 per person, plus tax (6.5%), plus gratuity (20%).
