You MUST read the district grant strategic areas below before filling out this application to make sure your program is eligible for the grant. **Please Note: the maximum amount awarded per group is $750.

Step 2: SAFE PLAY Approval

ALL coaches in this program ages 18 and over who are working with youth under the age of 18 must be SAFE PLAY APPROVED for the duration of this tennis program prior to submitting this grant application. If your coaches are not Safe Play approved (or you are not sure), please visit the website below and complete the approval process.

** This grant (if approved) is allocated for your programming that takes place AFTER the grant deadlines. It is recommended that you submit this application TWO to THREE months before your programming starts.

To be considered for a USTA District Grant, organizations must provide a clear proposed budget for the specific program(s) they are requesting funding. Please be as specific as possible.

The following will NOT be funded by the grants review board:

- Office/Operating/Administrative expenses
- T-Shirts
- Food/Drink
- Trophies/Awards/Prizes
- Large Equipment Needs (Ex. Ball Machines)
- PTR/USPTA Certification Dues
- Building and/or Resurfacing court costs
- USTA Membership and/or Transportation costs, etc.
