CAP Reader Sign Up for Physical Therapists
Please use this form if you are a clinician who is interested in scoring CAP exams. This form will be available until Friday, March 17, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET. We will be in touch with you to confirm your reader registration status on or before Friday, March 24, 2023. CAP marking will take place online and you will receive a package of CAP exams and marking guidelines by email on Monday, April 17, 2023. You can mark your CAPs anytime as long as the scores are entered online before Friday, April 21 at 11:59 pm ET.
