The Cathedral has the following inventory of table and chairs. Round Tables (Maximum 30 tables), 6 Foot Tables (Maximum 6 tables), Folding Chairs (Maximum 150 chairs) Any additional table and chair needs are the responsibility of the event requestor, and they will need to be onsite for any rental drop off or pick ups.

The Cathedral will only set up table, chairs, communication equipment (if requested), and hospitality (if requested). Please be sure you have confirmed requests and needs with communication and hospitality commission directly as there set up may differ based on event needs. All decoration needs are the responsibility of the event requestor. Please note for large events cost may apply for set up, but will be specified prior to program/event approval.

The Cathedral will break down tables and chairs, communication equipment (if supplied), and any hospitality set up (if supplied). It is the responsibility of the event requestor to clean up any decorations, trash, and anything else brought in by the event requestor. Additionally the event requestor must be onsite for any rental drop off or pick ups. Please note for large events cost may apply for clean up, but will be specified prior to program/event approval.

Please include all hospitality requests below. Once your event form is submitted and approved, you will receive an event confirmation email that will include the hospitality team. Questions regarding hospitality for your event should be directed directly to the hospitality commission, additionally hospitality is based on commission availability.
