2023 PGA Member/NTPGA Junior Tour Membership Form
The NTPGA Junior Tour is pleased to provide Junior Tour Memberships free of charge to children of Northern Texas PGA Professionals compliments of Foundation supporter Jerry J. Ransom. Applicants MUST be a child, grandchild, step-child or adopted child of a PGA Member in good standing (NOT limited to one child.).

Eligible juniors must register by filing out the below form. Upon completion, the junior golfer will be inputted into BlueGolf. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete.
