• PARADE REGISTRATION

    Public Service & Political Parties
  • Step 1 - Am I filling out the correct form?

This form is for statutory bodies, state agencies, political parties or similar.

If you are a commercial or business organisation, you can register your group here.

If you are a community group, charity or non-profit organisation, you can register your group here.

If you are taking part in a personal capacity, you don't need to register. You can just turn up on the day and join in the march. Remember, this is a march and a parade, we should always celebrate who we are and the hard fought achievements we have made, but there is still a long way to go and protest will always be at the heart of Pride.

  • Step 2 - What type of organisation are you?

We welcome all organisations and groups that are commited to the values of Pride and support inclusion and equality for all.

  • Step 3 – Register for the Parade

The parade route takes about half an hour to walk, but it’s a very big parade and can take 1 -2 hours for everyone to get moving. To help us manage the crowds on the day we use a system of colour coded assembly areas with corresponding wristbands. The first section of the Parade is reserved for LGBTQ+ support, advocacy, youth, and social groups ‘Community First’. The second section is for ‘Pride Partners & Allies’ and is laid out in the colours of the Pride flag. Red is at the front and moves first, purple at the back. Subject to funding we hope to once again have a dedicated 'Proud to Work for Ireland' section behind the 'Community First' section and in front of the 'Pride Partners & Allies' section.

To help us with our planning we ask that you give an indication of how many people will be in your group, this can be changed closer to the event.

  • Step 4 - Some terms and conditions

    • Dublin LGBTQ Pride CLG asserts full ownership of the Dublin Pride Parade and Festival and reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time.
    • Dublin LGBTQ Pride CLG reserves the right to cancel any booking or refuse admission to it's events.
    • The information you supply will be stored in line with GDPR requirements and you consent to us sharing it with our event management contractors.
