APPLICANT STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT

The application process includes a statement of commitment for all required activities. Please review the statement below and provide your signature to indicate your agreement.

As an elected Junior athlete representative, I commit to the two-year long obligation to the Arkansas LSC which includes:
- attending the fall House of Delegates Meeting (September),
- attending the Arkansas LSC Board of Directors conference calls,
- attending the National USA Swimming meeting held in September,
- organizing meetings (conference calls and in person meetings) with each club's athlete reprecentative to maintain communication between the Arkansas LSC and club athletes
- Designing and dissemination of the athlete newsletter twice/year
