1. A plan for completion of the dissertation (maximum 4 pages, double-spaced) providing the following information:
  1. a brief abstract that presents the thesis, theoretical framework, and significance of the study;
  2. the current status of the research and writing;
  3. a clear timeline for completion.
2. An unofficial transcript that includes Fall 2025 grades. (Downloadable from my.ucla.edu.)
3. Resume or curriculum vitae.
