Having trouble with abandoned/illegally parked vehicles at your parking facility, complex, or place of business? Rest assured we are here to help, at no cost to you! The registered owner of the illegally parked vehicle is responsible for all fees. Simply fill out this agreement to have our signs posted at your facility. This towing agreement is legally required per RCW 46.55.063, which allows Burns Towing as a Washington State Registered Tow Truck Operator #5143 to legally regulate parking and removed abandoned/illegally parked vehicles from private property at the request of the property owner or custodian. This is NOT a legally binding contract, services may be terminated at any time by notifying the Burns Towing main office via phone (253)-472-4496 or email office@burnstowing.net. This agreement is valid for 3 years from date of signing, and hereby gives authorization to Burns Towing, Inc. to remove any/all vehicles requested by the property owner/custodian 24 HOURS A DAY in accordance with RCW 46.55, WAC 308-61, and WAC 204-91A. As well as gives permission to Burns Towing, Inc. to post proper signage as required per RCW 46.55.010(14).

Only the vehicle owner will be responsible for any and all fees incurred including:

CLASS A tow truck $400.95 per hour
CLASS Heavy B $676 per hour
CLASS C tow truck $839.70 per hour
CLASS E tow truck $400.95 per hour

Burns Towing, Inc. is no longer accepting Motorhomes/Camper trailers that may be considered as a homestead. If the vehicle is considered stripped, dismantled, junk, or unsafe to transport an additional disposal fee may be required by the tow operator to remove the junk vehicle. The rate will be negotiated and set before any work is completed, additional photos may be requested before pickup.
