We have an online portal in which you can view a list of your items, their prices, and status (active, expired, sold). Access to this portal costs $1 per month, billed to your consignor account. If you’d like to contribute, you can leave donations with us during your consignment appointment.

Terms & Conditions
Our high standard of inventory quality is maintained by a process that is limited by time, staff, and our attention to detail during intake.

With this in mind, we need a few additional acknowledgements prior to you leaving your things with us.
We will not contact you regarding the status of your items. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to know your expiration dates (via online inventory portal or your intake card). A week prior to your expiration date, submit an item pickup request using the “Contact” page of our website to collect anything left unsold. Your unsold items will be collected and ready for pickup within one week. We will hold these for one month from the date you contact us. If you fail to contact us or do not collect your items within one month, your expired items will become store property and may be donated to support local charity organizations. Please Note: We do not keep dust bags/garment bags/boxes (for shoes, bags, or accessories) other than for luxury items. If you would like to keep these (in case your items do not sell), please take them with you at the time of drop-off.*

Consign Couture will price your items for you based on current resale market value as this is a store where people seek beautiful pieces at affordable prices, and consignors receive a portion of that sale. We do not review prices with consignors before an item is listed. Your items will not sell for what they were originally purchased for and they may be marked down at Consign Couture’s discretion. $1 will be added to the cost of your item after it has been priced by our team. This helps cover administrative costs such as credit card fees and is not subject to the 40-60% split.*

If you request to have an item returned to you that has been on our sales floor for less than 60 days, there will be a $20 per item early pick-up fee to help cover handling and processing costs.*

Compensation: Checks will not be mailed. After the 10th of each month, payments in check form are available for pickup at the store. Any check not picked up within 6 months will be forfeited because the bank will no longer cash them. Checks not collected during this time frame may be reissued pending verification of bank records, with a $35 fee (per check) deducted from the balance of the payout. This fee helps us cover the costs that we incur during this process. Store credit accrues with each sale and is immediately available to use.*

Not only is selling authentic items important to us, it is illegal to sell replica or counterfeit bags. We authenticate designer items through AUTHENTICATE FIRST, a 3rd party authentication service for luxury goods. If we pay to authenticate your item and it's found to be counterfeit or you pick it up prior to the end of the 90 day consignment period, your consignor account will be charged the $20-30 authentication fee.*
