Any cancellations or changes on an appointment must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. If the hair extensions have been custom colored, your deposit will be forfeited. If you change the color or texture of your hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Nefris Beauty prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be necessary.

I understand that Nefris Beauty has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
