Airfare

The rates below are for the cruise only! We will NOT be obtaining group airfare. Please plan accordingly. 

When booking your flight to Miami, please plan to arrive no later than 12 PM. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 2 hours before sail away. You are required to secure your own transportation to the Port of Miami Terminal V Cruise Port form the airport.

Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into Miami, Florida one day before the cruise.

The airport code for Miami, Florida is MIA.

 

In order to sail you will need: 

Passports are NOT REQUIRED BUT SUGGESTED. If you will not be using a valid passport, you will need to present a valid ID along with your birth certificate. Your birth certificate cannot be a xeroxed copy. If you are using your passport Your passport must be valid and will not expire within 6 months of the travel date. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..

 

 

 The Sea Terrace

The Sea Terrace Cabin on Virgin Cruise Lines offers a luxurious and comfortable experience for travelers seeking a blend of elegance and relaxation at sea.

From complimentary Wi-Fi access to flat-screen TVs and luxurious bath products, the Sea View Cabin is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay. Guests can stay connected, entertained, and pampered throughout their cruise experience.

 

Double Occupancy: $1409.00 (Per Person)

Triple Occupancy: $1226.00 (Per Person)

 

 

 

The Insider

The Insider Cabin on Virgin Cruise Lines offers a cozy and comfortable retreat for travelers seeking a more intimate experience at a reasonable price.Expect a comfortable bed or beds, often configurable to either a queen-size or twin arrangement. Quality linens and bedding ensure a good night's sleep. Insider Cabins typically come equipped with a flat-screen TV, offering a selection of channels and sometimes on-demand movies or programming. It's a nice touch for unwinding after a day of exploring.

 

Double Occupancy: $1251.00 (Per Person)

Triple Occupancy: $1110.00 (Per Person)

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

All payments to Trio Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to the contractual obligations .This group pricing allows us to keep pricing low and allow you to make monthly payments for your vacation. Please be sure you will attend the event before submitting your payment. 

 

Please consider purcashing travel insurance to protect your investment. 

Non-Refundable Deposit: $255.00 per person is REQUIRED. 

***Deposits are due by Friday 6/20/2024 by 5PM EST***

Final payment is due:  1/13/2025- NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice. We suggest at minimum $50.00 payments monthly. 

 Please note: If you submit your deposit after the initial deposit date your cabin may be subject to current rates and availability. 

 

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not required but highly suggested.

• Travelex

You can also do a simple Google search for travel insurance and choose the plan that best fits your needs. Some credit card companies and/or credit unions offer travel insurance. You can check that as an option as well

 

 

 

 

Payments to Trio Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to the contractual obligations we have with the cruise line, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Please make sure you plan to attend before submitting payment. 

Deposits: 

Your initial deposit will be processed after the submission of your reservation form. 

  

Payments: 

Option #1:  You can complete the credit card authorization form that is located at the bottom of this page along with a copy of your photo ID. 

 

 

 

 

I understand all payments to TRIO TRAVEL LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain travel insurance to protect my investment. If I should purchase travel insurance I understand it is my responsibilty to fully read and understand what the travel insurance covers. 

 

I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable and other cancellation penalties will apply depending on the cancel date. I understand that if my roommate (s) cancel, my rate will change. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. if my balance is left unpaid, my room/cabin will be canceled immediately. Prices for reinstated cabins or rooms maybe higher than initial rate and a $50 reinstatement / administration fee will be charge by Trio Travel regardless of the cancellation date.

 

Please note you must submit your deposit along with this form. Your cabin will not be reserved without all deposits received.
