Thank you for inquiring about scheduling an appointment with me (Lilly Wright). Pricing for your appointment will be discussed prior to scheduling. I charge an hourly rate of $45/hr for all of my services. For most new clients the first appointment tends to take a little longer because of the pre-treatments I have to do prior to starting the color service. Everyone’s hair is different length, texture and density. Normally new clients take 5-6 hours, if not more, depending on what you’re wanting done. Any Rainbow, Vivid coloring, plan on 6-10 hrs. It is SUPER IMPORTANT that you understand the first appointment is about removing everything that was previously used, while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. Also, if you’re wanting a big change, it may take several sessions to reach your goal. It’s all about what your hair allows me to do and the past history of your color and the overall goal you’re wanting to achieve. To book an appointment, this form must be filled out, and once I approve it, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking. (Please allow up to 1 week to process and approve your request). The deposit will be credited towards your initial service and can be paid through Venmo, ApplePay, Square, or Cash dropped off to the salon. This non-refundable deposit is transferable up to one time if given 48hour+ notice. Rescheduling fees will apply if not given a 48hour+ notice of cancellation. Please arrive on time, 15 minutes or later, without given notice, is considered a “no-call/no-show”. A "no-call/no-show" cancelation will result in your deposit being kept as a cancellation fee and will render you INELIGIBLE TO REAPPLY for a new appointment. If you are 15 minutes or later, with notice, your deposit will still be kept as a cancellation fee & the appointment will need to be rescheduled (rescheduling fees will apply in order to get back onto my books- this fee is not credited towards your overall service). A new $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking.

I acknowledge that my stylist is a licensed professional who has spent quality time perfecting their skill and should be treated with respect at all times.

I confirm that I have told my stylist all of my hair history to the best of my knowledge.

I confirm that the stylist will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service did not turn out 100% as expected.

I understand that the results of a chemical services may vary from one person to another. Everyone’s hair is different length, texture, density, and has different hair history. The stylist will not know 100% how your hair is going to react to the chemicals or how realistic your hair goal is unless we do a consultation and or test strand prior to the service.

I am giving my stylist permission to apply the necessary chemicals to help maintain my hair's integrity in order to achieve the desired look.

I confirm that we will discuss at-home maintenance and the importance of using stylist-recommended products. The stylist is not responsible if the client does not follow recommendations. You will receive an at home care guide at the end of your appointment.

I consent to photographs and videos of the provided services. The stylist will also have permission to post that content to their social media or enter into hair competitions.

I acknowledge that the stylist is not responsible for giving me a refund if I am unhappy with the services that received.

In the unfortunate event that I am not satisfied with my services provided, I have 72hr to contact my stylist and schedule to come back in to get my hair retouched, free of charge.

Signing below indicates that you (the client) are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of the service as well as the information listed above. This agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the service, as well as any proceeding service(s) in the future. I give my full consent to receiving any service(s) from this cosmetologist.
