Agreement By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree to the following:I understand that Kate Arena of Marvelous Mouse Travels is not an employee of, nor affiliated with, any airline. The planning fee I am paying is solely for professional assistance in researching, selecting, and booking airfare on my behalf.I understand that: All airline tickets are subject to the airline’s rules, policies, and restrictions, including fare changes, seat assignments, schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds. Once issued, airline tickets are often non-refundable and may carry change or cancellation fees, which are determined by the airline — not my travel advisor. Kate Arena is not responsible for airline-initiated changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, weather disruptions, mechanical issues, or operational decisions made by the airline.
