    Wedding Officiant Request

    Please complete this form to request officiant services for your marriage ceremony. Once completed, we will contact you to discuss how to secure your ceremony date. To move forward with booking, you will receive an email that will include a payment link and next steps. A 50% deposit is due in order to secure officiating services and secure the date for your ceremony. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to your ceremony.

    •  SIGNATURE CEREMONY PACKAGE: $650

      1 hour consultation
      Up to 15 minute standard ceremony and vows (ceremony script does not include any elements that add symbolic and/or cultural customs)
      30-minute rehearsal included
      One, 1-hour virtual premarital coaching session


      ELITE CEREMONY PACKAGE: $1,350

      1 hour consultation
      Up to 30 minute personalized ceremony including up to two (2) additional elements that add symbolic and/or cultural customs (ie: unity candles, sharing communion, etc.)
      1-hour rehearsal included
      *SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) pre-marital coaching package includes:
      - Four, 1 hour virtual coaching sessions
      - SYMBIS marriage assessment
      - SYMBIS book & workbook bundle

      PRESTIGE CONCIERGE PACKAGE: $2,000

       The ultimate choice for couples who desire a white-glove officiant experience that goes beyond the ceremony itself. Includes everything in the Elite Package, PLUS:

      Multiple ceremony script revisions

      Assistance with drafting or refining custom vows

      Extended presence at the venue after the ceremony for family blessings or special announcements

      One additional pre-marital coaching session

      A “check-in” coaching session 3–6 months after the wedding to support your journey as newlyweds


      *SYMBIS Pre-marital coaching package can be added to any package for $700.

      TRAVEL FEES

      $1.25 per mile will be incurred for all mileage round trip to cover extra travel and time for all weddings taking place further than 40 miles (one-way) from the Millennium Marriage place of business. This would be made known after review of the officiant request form. Depending on the venue location, travel time/distance, it may fit your budget better to consider paying for 1 hotel room for the Officiants to stay over versus having to pay double travel fees, to and from the wedding venue location twice for rehearsal and the wedding day.
