  • Considering the demand observed over the last two years, SNA is looking to partner with videography vendors to enhance our exhibitor/sponsor experience onsite. This will give our tabletop exhibitors the opportunity to record footage of our Tabletop Showcase. To ensure the safety and well-being of our attendees, maximize brand exposure for our exhibitors, and minimize disruption, SNA will grant authorized vendors access to the tabletop showcase on Monday, January 16, from 10 am – 12 pm so they can film and conduct interviews at their tabletops. Video recording and live streaming will be prohibited during the Showcase hours and outside this time. Companies interested in bringing external vendors to film at their tabletops or vendors interested in working with exhibitors at SNIC will need to fill out this application, submit it to SNA Conference staff meetings@schoolnutrition.org for approval. If permission is granted, a fee of $500 will be collected by January 6, 2023. For copyright, security, and courtesy reasons, all filming/recording at any SNIC event/location requires prior approval. 

  • Note: For safety and courtesy reasons, filming/recording on behalf of exhibitors is only permitted within the tabletop exhibit booth space. Anyone approved for filming/recording must ask permission of conference attendees prior to filming/recording them. Individuals not complying with these policies will be asked to leave the conference. All filming/recording crew members must be registered attendees/exhibitors and wear a conference badge onsite at all times.
