The meeting will provide you with an excellent opportunity to interact with more than 120 surgeons from around the Commonwealth and surrounding areas. The program appeals to members of all surgical subspecialties.
If you would like to exhibit at the 2023 Annual Meeting, please complete the following application and submit it no later than April 17, 2023.
All exhibitor fees must be paid in full prior to the conference. Tax ID number: 23-7316510.
Reserve the room that best meets your needs. Call at 1-800-THE-OMNI and request the VA-ACS discounted room rate of $279.00. Room block expires on April 7, 2023 but rooms may sell out before then.
There will be a Welcome Reception on Friday, May 5 followed by educational sessions on Saturday, May 6. We are planning a fun social activity for everyone at Devils Backbone on Saturday afternoon - more details to follow!

Full payment is due no later than Monday, April 17, 2023.
Cancellation/Refunds: An exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from the meeting subject to the following conditions: 1) the exhibitor shall immediately file a written notice of intention to cancel or withdraw; 2) if written notice is received 30 days or more prior, the VA-ACS shall retain a sum of equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the reserved exhibit space; and 3) no refunds shall be made on cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the meeting. Cancellations must be received in writing to smcconnell@ramdocs.org to be official.
